Shareholder Marcia Davis devotes her practice to civil litigation including products liability, professional liability, contractual disputes, complex commercial and banking issues, wrongful death, and significant injury. She is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer certified by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. Marcia is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer in 2010-2014, 2016. In addition to her trial practice, Marcia is also a certified circuit civil mediator and is certified as a mediator by the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. She is called upon to mediate complex cases involving medical malpractice issues, products liability, automobile negligence, commercial claims, contracts, and banking issues.

She is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Defense Research Institute, and was recently selected for membership in the International Association of Defense County. Marcia is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in Florida. She completed her second term on the Eighth Judicial Circuit Nominating Commission in 2016, serving as chair for the final two years of her tenure.

Currently, she serves as chair of the board of the Paso Fino Horse Foundation, a charitable organization that has helped more than thirty deserving Paso youth riders go to college. In addition, she serves on the advisory board of the Sebastian Ferrero Foundation.

Marcia is passionate about taking care of her clients, riding and showing her Paso Fino horses, and helping children through her many volunteer activities.
