Kelly Kesner is an attorney in the Coral Gables office of the Bice Cole Law Firm, PL.  Kelly focuses her practice on defending national corporations in multi-jurisdictional toxic tort and insurance defense litigation. She also represents corporations and assists them with various business matters including litigation, negotiations, and contract drafting and formation.  Kelly has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit settlement negotiations through trial.  She is licensed in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Texas, and represents clients in both federal and state courts.

Prior to joining Bice Cole, Kelly represented clients in toxic tort and insurance defense cases, as well as clients in securities litigation matters both in arbitration and in court. Before becoming an attorney, Kelly had a successful career in the financial services area working with major broker/dealers and registered investment advisors.
